    Fast Food Lovers...

In Integrated Science we were investigating the amounts of calories that are present in the foods we love to eat and for an object lesson we used one of the popular fast food restaurants here in Barbados. Here is a chance for you to see exactly how many calories you eat in your favorite fast food meal. Remember you should only eat between 2,000-2,500 calories per day if you are an active individual. Sedentary lifestyle?-go below 2,000.

At this nifty site fill up your tray and calculate the calories.
